My Broad-band and land-line contract (elsewhere) is about to expire in a couple of weeks. I am also paying two separate lots of money to another provider for tablet and mobile.
Would like to talk to BT to see if they can offer me a cheaper, "umbrella" contract to include phone (don't make many calls), broad-band (nothing too flashy, 10 mb?), tablet (some internet access) and mobile (slightly less internet and a few phone calls) in one monthly bundle. Is this possible, please? I can find no such information on the BT web-site . . . the only similar tab just "hangs", frustratingly. Are BT actually taking on new customers at present ? Not a vulnerable customer but a little nervous of my current provider about to hike up my phone/b-band costs considerably (mid-June). Thanks.
Re: Hoping to obtain an "umbrella" home comms package
Have a look at https://www.plus.net/ its owned by BT, they have a ££17.99 10Mb broadband deal currently, plus 2GB Sim only deal for £6.00 extra, assuming you can use your own mobile device. offer end in 9 hours 😞
