How do I contact BT by email?

How do I contact BT by email? I have received yet another email telling me that I am moving my mobile to EE when I am not, and that as a consequence BT will be stopping my mobile service. I have tried ringing BT to point out their error, but cannot get through. Is there an email address? (The one BT uses is a do not reply one)

Hi @GDD160. thanks for posting. There is no email address you can use. You will need to call on 0330 1234 150 and speak with the BT Mobile team.

I have tried this several times and just get 'all our lines are busy please call later.'

About three months ago, I was also e-mailed from btconnectedhome@bt.com
