I have a BT Mobile number on SIM only. It was a 12 month contract from August 2016 and therefore I am now out of contract.
I want to move away from BT but (unsurprisingly) I can't see any guidance for this on the BT website.
I would be grateful for any advice on how I progress this -
- Do I have to phone BT?
- Do I have to give notice even though I am out of contract?
- Will there be any costs to pay?

The best thing to do is chat with the mobile chat team, they will try and keep you as a customer but they can check your contract details and notice and billing periods
