I have a family SIM as well as a 6GB contract with a handset. I can’t see or manage the 6GB contract on BT mobile products. I can only see it on my bill. This is annoying as can’t see If I can upgrade my handset. I’ve asked BT about this and they keep saying it’ll be fixed soon so I can see all of my products but still nothing. Why is this happening? I’d have thought showing all products you have would be a relatively simple thing to show on someone’s account?
