I have subscribed to BT Plus but my data has not doubled as it said it would. I have called but got nowhere but i have seen that this community is very good at resolving issues so i thought i would see if i can get this resolved on here

Is your BT Mobile on the same account as the BT plus package ? if the accounts are separate that will stop the plus benefits being applied, if not then you can ask for the accounts to be merged, as long as the accounts are in the same name, at the same address.
It's the UK based Easy Assist team who handle account merges if required.
