I need to activate a new phone, sim card is in and im ready to go?

Login to www.bt.com/mybt and view your package, BT Mobile should be listed, click activate and that's it.
You should of recieved a sim welcome pack with step by step instructions to do this, Sim cards are sent out iactive incase they get lost in the post.

If you do get stuck the BT Mobile team can also activate it 🙂
