I sent my mobile to Samsung mobile to be repaired and they say they have sent it back. I have never received it. They are saying that i need B.T. to tell me when it was last used. Is this even possible.

Re: IMEI Numbers
You should have the order confirmation when it was ordered and regular bills, that is proof of usage surely ?

You'll need to contact BT Customer Services and ask them to send it to you.
It's quite normal for third party insurance companies to ask for proof of usage and blacklisting(when lost or stolen) so it won't be too much of a problem for customer services.

Re: IMEI Numbers
Sorry |I havent worded it very well. It is a BT Sim only deal. I wondered if BT can trace when the phone was last used.

Re: IMEI Numbers
They'll be able to provide you with a letter or email that says when you last used the handsetbwith your SIM card in it.
Hopefully before younsent the phone off you removed the SIM?
