What type of calls are not itemised and will not show up on billing history

How can I call someone without it appearing on my BT billing account, would using FaceTime work ?

Hi @FrankLampard1999 Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, Facetime and Whats App calls use either wifi or your data connection to make the call so they won't be itemised on your BT Mobile bill.
