Like many others (it seems) I took out a Black Friday deal for SIM only plan for £15pm for 20GB which included a free JBL sound bar deal on 6th Dec 2019. I have now completed the 30 days part of the deal, however no notice from BT on when it will arrive. Could you please let the BT people who assist on this forum that I'd like them to complete their side of it please. I realise the moderators are not responsible but have seen you helping people in the same position. Thanks in advance.

Normally an order would have been sent to the BT Shop, after the cooling off period. They would then process the order and send you an email with a tracking number.
I would have expected some form of communication by now.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Just to say soundbar arrived today, thanks for your help. That'll be my job tomorrow to set up and upgrade the software.
