JBL Soundbar

Hello

It seems like many others, I have had not received any communication regarding my JBL Soundbar. 

My BT Sim went live on the 5th December 2019, so I am well over my 30 day cooling off period.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
