JBL Speaker gift has not arrived

This is another case of the free gift not existing. I got the 100gb sim deal with free JBL speaker in November 2019 and now its the end of January 2020 and no speaker has arrived. I have tried to resolve this with complaints team who promised to get it dispatched to me, however I feel this has also resulted in another broken promis by BT.

Can this be resolved and how?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

The speaker has still not arrived. Can this complaint be re-opened and stay open until the speaker arrives pleas?
