This is another case of the free gift not existing. I got the 100gb sim deal with free JBL speaker in November 2019 and now its the end of January 2020 and no speaker has arrived. I have tried to resolve this with complaints team who promised to get it dispatched to me, however I feel this has also resulted in another broken promis by BT.
Can this be resolved and how?
