I upgraded my contract at the start of the year, and was given all the options. I chose the current plan I’m on, and asked if this could include the JBL speaker as this was on an online offer I’d seen. After checking with this manager the customer advisor I was speaking to confirmed they could include that in the deal. However, I still haven’t received the speak or heard anything to say why I haven’t.
Please could you help to suggest what to do, as the speaker was one of the main reasons I stayed with BT.
