received email from BT shop that it’s on the way . Looks like they are sending it from Moon .
its a joke !!!

Thanks for that @GK351. Did the email give you a BT Shop order number? Once dispatched you should have a link in the email to enable you to track delivery.
Have you spoken with the BT Shop 0800 917 0510? It's open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
no link or tracking number mentioned in that email .
It’s really frustrating that we pay & still we need to keep following up with these freebies . It suppose to be BT’s job to make sure if I have received all that has been promised while placing order .
