JBL speaker - do I have to claim it?

I added a 12 gig SIM and phone to my package on 22 August.

My reward card is on it's way but no sign of the JBL speaker and I'm unable to find any info on bt.com.

Any ideas?

You would normally receive an email 30 days after your service was active, which would allow you to claim on the BT Shop. When was your phone activated?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I did edit my last post to ask when your phone was activated, as you have to wait 30 days after that date, and you should receive an email.

You said you added it on the 22nd August, but when did the phone actually arrive?

It was ordered on 21st and arrived on 22nd August

Assuming that the SIM was activated in the phone on BT Mobile, then that should have been the activation date, provided there was no number to be ported in.

I think we will have to see what a moderator says, as there have been a lot of posts on this forum regarding this offer. Also its not clear if it only applies to new mobile customers.

The SIM was pre-activated on arrival and my old number was ported on 23 August so it's still more than 30 days.
