Lost 4g on my Samsung Galaxy

I lost my 4g last week on holiday. Back home now and still no 4g when others have it around me.

Help ?

Are the other people who can get 4G also BT customers?

You can try checking that 4G is still switched on:

Turning 4G on or off.
  1. From the homescreen, tap and hold the notification bar at the top and slide your finger down.
  2. Swipe your finger to the left to reveal more options.
  3. Tap and hold Mobile data.
  4. Tap Network mode.
  5. If you want to use 4G, make sure LTE/WCDMA/GSM is enabled.

You can check and make sure there are no issues with 4G in the area using EE/BT Network Checker

If all of the above do not help, you could request a replacement sim card via the sim section of your BT account at bt.com
