Manage Add Ons on Mobile

Hello BT and the esteem community,

I have an issue with Manage Mobile Add Ons through the web site and BT Mobile app.

I am going to My BT, then I click Mobile, then I click Manage Add Ons.

Then I get a page saying "This page isn't working".

Is there a way to solve this issue? Has anyone faced this issue before?

Hi @shayvcr welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you can't manage your mobile add ons online. 
Do you have any orders on your account that are currently Open?
If not and you are still experiencing this error have a Chat with the Mobile Live Care team and they will be able to help you.

Thank you so much for your quick and prompt reply.

I am still facing this issue.  In fact, I am facing this issue since April 2019 and despite MANY attempts to reach out to BT the issue was never resolved.

Per your advice, I clicked the link you sent for the chat. A chat window has opened with the following msg:

"

Online Chat is currently unavailable.
Our opening hours are 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Please visit the Contact Us page for alternative options or try again later.

"

 

I am confused, as I clicked the link at 17:15 (5:15pm) UK time, which is before 11pm.

Please, could you be so kind and let me know how I can have a chat with your mobile team or how can BT fix this issue?
