Hello BT and the esteem community,
I have an issue with Manage Mobile Add Ons through the web site and BT Mobile app.
I am going to My BT, then I click Mobile, then I click Manage Add Ons.
Then I get a page saying "This page isn't working".
Is there a way to solve this issue? Has anyone faced this issue before?
I raised this issue with BT Support. They said it will take 5 days. 9 months already passed. I keep calling BT and each time they tell me to wait another 5 days. I sent many emails and BT seems to ignore my emails.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Sorry you're having problems managing you mobile online. I'm assuming you've tried different browsers etc? I've sent you a private message explaining how you can contact the forum moderation team. Just drop me over a reply with the details and we’ll check it out.
can’t believe Bt haven’t been replying to your emails I hope they at least ask questions to try help with this.
i read ur post and felt I’ve had issues like this which turned out to be my browser causing problems but if u have had this issue for 9 months I’m guessing you have tried another browser etc?
anyways I hope you can finally get sorted 😀
