Hi @indrapun

Just a little tip, when you reply to a post include the persons name so it flashes up on their list as they dont alway see every post. So in this case @JohnC2 Smiley Wink

I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Any idea whats going on?

On the other hand when I go to My BT, it is now showing that I have exceeded the data allowance even though that mobile has double data enabled.

Hi @indrapun Sorry that this is taking much longer than I had hoped to be resolved. I'm working with our BT Plus colleagues to try and this these issues fixed for you asap.

I was hoping it would be resolved by now as well. As for the 2 account still not showing up in My BT, I had sent you the screenshot. I hope they are looking into it too.
