Hi @indrapun I can see that my colleague in the BT Mobile team has now got the BT Plus benefits added to the mobiles it was missing on.
The error they fixed may have resolved this also so would you please login to your online account and see if you are now able to manage all your mobiles online and post back to let me know as the fault is still open.
