Merge with EE has gave me an extra bill for a mobile.

Sorry to bother you all, but I'm very confused.

Originally, I have had BT Broadband, with a mobile package attached, giving me internet and a mobile on both mine and my fathers BT accounts.

Since the merger however, I have now received an extra £50 charge on my bill for a mobile handset. In addition, it seems my existing BT Mobile isnt showing up on the billing.

Did they stop the BT mobile and Broadband deals? It's especially odd as both the accounts were set up the same time, upgraded when necessary at the same time, but only one has the extra charge.

You will need to contact customer services and see if they can shed any light on it.

Did you migrate to EE from BT? Discounts should still be there!
