Mis-communication about SIM activation

In case anyone from BT looks in here, you might want to feedback to the relevant team, that customers can somehow receive the following emails on the same day.

First an email confirming that I have activated my SIM.  And then over 90 minutes later and email reminding me that I still HAVEN'T activated my SIM.

This will just cause customers to contact BT unneccessarily.  I would suggest this should be fixed?
