Missing Free Gift

So I ordered a "No Limits SIM" back in November with the free JBL Speaker as a free gift but as yet still no gift.

I have sent several emails and calls as well as 2 complaints for my first complaint to be closed without my consent. I have also had my account changed to a different packages without my consent that took me weeks to get restored. I was also promised others gifts and nothing turns up.

I always get the "promise" something will be sent in the NEXT BATCH but it never is.

Come the 12th April (promised it will be delivered by then) I will be left with no alternative but to go to the Ombudsman as a last resort as I feel I am getting no results from BT customer service and I have up held my side of the contract and paid my bill on time, so should have had my free gift. 

I am just venting my frustration but if anyone can shed some light on this for me, then it would be great.
