Thursday 5th July ordered this 6GB sim card for £2 a month. Screenshot is the order confirmation. However, 5 days later the product havent been delivered. A BT representative on Online Chat advised that there is no record of this order? (Which is scary as you can clearly see BT's secured url). They then got a call centre operator to call me about it - the call centre operator was extremely confused but then the line suddenly cut out. Thanks for that! What happens now BT???
Sounds like a gremlin in the system... Best thing to do is contact the Online Mobile Chat Team, give them the previous order number let them track it, and raise a fault if needed. The online chat team are the best people to have a chat with, if they confirm that the SIM was never ordered then it maybe easier to just place a new order... Let us know what they say, and if you manage to get a SIM ordered.
