I have got a new phone from BT and ported my old (Virgin Mobile) number across to the new phone. Apparently successfully and all OK, however in the account settings it is saying as below:
Your settings are not available right now.
We're still switching your service from your old provider. You'll be able to change your settings once this has completed.
It is still displaying this message for some weeks now and it looks as if something is 'stuck' . Phone is fine and no issues but I'm wondering if there is something I need to do to rectify this or will it sort itself out over time ? (maybe 1000 years!)
