I upgraded my contract on Monday and am due to receive an IPhone X by dpd. The advisor from BT that I spoke to when upgrading my contract told me that if I am not going to be home at the time of delivery, that my partner would be able to show my ID on my behalf.
My parcel is due to be delivered today and I am just worried that this may not be the case, can anyone confirm this please?
