Mobile Order

Hi,

I ordered 2 mobiles on the 7th of December. One has been recieved all ok.

I have been chasing the other via 150 since the 12th of December.
Nothing has changed the part has not been sent yet.
This week I have been advised the offline team are the only ones to help.
I was told it would be resolved by today. Upon chasing today I was told I would at least be updated tonight.
No communication at all.

WHEN WILL THE PART BE SENT OUT?

Is this for a handset or sim only ?
It could be that one handset is out of stock, in which case it will be automatically sent once new stock has arrived.
