I'm trying to change my plan (as the contact has expired) and saw this plan on the 'change plan' section of the my BT mobile products. (Using the online ordering system, the person I spoke to on the phone couldn't see the deal, suggested it could be online only).
However, when I press 'see order summary' I cannot proceed past this screen (see attached). It happens in both 'normal' and 'incognito' mode of Google Chrome. It also does the same in Edge. Can anybody advise of how to get past this screen?
