It seems a number of people have issues with number porting from other UK carriers to BT mobile. So do I.
If somebody could explain what causes those problems we customers would be more understanding and possibly more patient.
Would you be able to explain what the reasons are that the number porting is not done as smoothly as suggested?
I am having the same problem with two sims. Numbers were supposed to be ported yesterday. From the online chat they said that it will be done by Friday, then ended the chat session before I could respond!
5 days to port a number, what's going on?
Has anybody ported a number recently? I'm thinking of porting one in, but last time I did it I had no phone for 5 days so would be interested to hear if things have improved at all?
