Mobile contract

My wife’s mobile contract has gone up and with the cost of living crisis Can’t afford to pay every month does she have the right to cancel her contract without fee as the letter wasn’t properly explained on price rise and nobody rung her about how much it was going up so she should have the right to cancel contract without fee shouldn’t she according to citizens advice as other bills r going up a lot

the increase was shown in the T&C which were agreed when you took out the contract so no get out that way
