For the last three days I have had no mobile coverage. I have a samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. My post code is B5 7SL.
Online help seems to have disappeared and there's no point me trying to call you becuse I have no netwrok coverage. What to do?
I have hearing difficulty and I am better with chat or txt help

Super thank you, I'll stop panicking!

You could try enabling WiFi calling on the phone in the meantime. If it was supplied by BT it should work, if not it may work
Hi rbz5416
Have we got an update on maintenance, still no bars on my mobile phone today!
Hi @kelvinbeerjones I'm sorry you're having issues with your BT mobile signal. If you enter your postcode on the EE coverage checker and click check status it will provide you with the latest update.
Thanks
Neil
Thanks Neil,
The EE checker says I have a super service which is annoying. I only occasionally get one or two bars. I am also deaf and so a poor sound that breaks up every couple of seconds is not good. Last week I was told there were works in progress but they should have been completed days ago.
I don't have a landline phone and so I am really isolated without a working mobile phone.
Do you have coverage away from home? Need to verify it's not your handset.
Again, look at WiFi calling, especially as you have poor signal usually.
Yes, I have reasonable coverage away from home.
My samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is set up to do data through the mobile network. I don't know how to set it up to do the reverse.
Such a pity BY no longer do chat help, it was super for deaf people!
Try opening the phone icon, tap on the 3 vertical dots next to the search bar & tap settings. If the phone is compatible you should see WiFi calling there.
