Thank you for helping guys. I am off to the EE store in town to get help there. It look like my phone does not do wifi calling. Relay UK looks super, will definitely try it out.

Hi @kelvinbeerjones that's the coverage checker results, there are two options after entering your postcode and you need to click status check. Below is the latest update for your postcode, it appears EE are aware of the issue.
