Mobile data abroad

Had my sim pre-Brexit so up until recently, I have used my data abroad.

Currently and on my last trip abroad, my phone just doesn't get data. No text to say I'm in a new country, no signal, nothing.

I have tried to manually set it up and got BT to reset my sim at their end but it hasn't workes. Any advice?

has phone got data roaming turned on?

are you set up in MYBT for international calls and also set the spend limit to greater the £0 say £5?

Data roaming is on. I've previously never had to do the latter, why would I need to it auddenly and how do I do that?

you need to go to MYBT and mobile and ensure settings are correct
