I know I am getting paranoid but I want confirmation from BT that I have my mobile data set up for my trip to Maderia at the end of this month.
I am used 02 where European data roaming just worked!
Is it possible to get BT to confirm and if so how?
Checked app; was not working. Now is. Have no European data addons.
Looked at prices but cannot tell if Maderia is part of Portugal e.g.Canary Islands are different to Spain. But as no mention of Maderia I assume same as Portugal.
As for price 4.3 per MB or £4 per 100MB is similar; doubt will use 100MB anyway.
However I will be travelling to Netherlands in June so could buy 300MB (will use more data there) now if the balance can be carried over from early May to mid June.
Can't see T & Cs for roaming data purchase.

For future reference, you can get the complete range of functions by choosing "Full" at bottom left or requesting the desktop site in the mobile menu.
Thank you for your rely but I can't see any of what you suggest.
Open app on my mobile and I get a page showing what's left of this months allowances. Tap menu tap help no mention of desktop. Tap data roaming again no mention of desktop.
In browser under My Mobile the work Full is not at bottom left.
What am I doing wrong?

My note referred to the forum website, not the BT app, and the details I gave relate to Android phones. I think it's possible to get the full/desktop site on an iPhone but don't know the detail.
Data roaming settings are shown in the App
select My Plan and look at the cost control settings
Use your phone abroad should be on if roaming is enabled
