Mobile data usage monitor not working

Since I switched to BT mobile yesterday the Mobile Data Usage monitor on my Iphone 5S has stopped working.

The app tells me how much I have used but does it disable the iphone function?

It's under

Settings

(Mobile Data Usage)

It's firmly stuck on zero but I have definitely used data and the BT app confirms.

Hi @calculad and welcome.

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with the usage monitor. This could be a problem with the handset as the App confirms usage. Learn about the BT Mobile app might help but if you don't find the answer there you'll see a help chat link which will get you through the the help desk. Can you try that and let me know how you get on?

Hello David,
Thanks for your advice. Odd thing is that it is now working although the phone usage monitor slightly disagrees with the app usage. I'll keep an eye on it and update any findings.
