Hi, I am abroad at the moment and monitoring my mobile data usage. Since February 28th. there has been no data registered, yet have used the phone daily. Any ideas?

Sometimes the link is removed if the chat team is closed or really busy.
Can you check again as the chat link is showing below the header "I've got charges on my BT Mobile bill but I haven't been abroad"

I thought I used MyBT when we were in Cyprus several months ago. You should be able to access it when connected to wifi.

Ah, apologies. I misunderstood. Are you using my BT as it was perfect if I recall. Our stay did straddle two months and we went for a month.
Mine was perfect for two weeks and has been for many years. I was wandering if perhaps the extra day upset the system?
Can you try and uninstall and reinstall the BT Mobile App?
I just checked the webpage and the live chat link is showing for me at the moment :S
