I have a Samsung s20 on contract since Dec.
I contacted Bt a couple months ago regarding the sound on the device. It’s terrible and sometimes there’s no sound unless you have headphones connected. Recently it’s constantly closing apps for no reason. System is upto date.
I believe it’s a faulty handset. Do I keep pressing bt for a replacement. As it’s only 6months old.

Yep and they'll sort you out. If it's 6 months old they might want to repair it. You should also be able to go into an EE/BT shop if there's one near to you
