Mobile not working in france

Why won't my bt mobile work in france.

Data roaming is on. Roam like at home add on. So why isn't it working?

Greyed out on mybt for some reason.

Worked in Spain last summer.

Check your extra spend limit, if it's set to zero change it to £5 or £10 and see if that helps.  Also, check that roaming is enabled on your device... If that's all ok, switch it off and on again
