Not the most important thing, but when I log into My BT, products, mobile, manage, the mobile phone listed that my BT Mobile sim is being used in is not correct. It was the phone initially used but the sim is now in a different phone. The IMEI listed is for the old phone too.
Is there a way to change the make and model of mobile phone and correct the IMEI?
As mentioned, it's not that essential, but it would be good to know if it can be edited.
Hi @newagetraveller sorry the details for your mobile have not been updated on the MyBT. If you need to get this updated call in and speak with the BT Mobile team and they'll be able to get it corrected for you.
