Mobile phone not working after number porting

After porting my number to BT Mobile nearly 2 weeks ago I still cannot make calls, send texts or use mobile data. BT have identified that the number has been successfully transferred but the call and data allowances have not been set up properly. Despite assurances that this would be rectified within 3 days, and then by Monday 27th, I still cannot use my iPhone Xs. Assistance required to resolve this issue please.
