Mobile phone order

Hi
I ordered a mobile last night that was showing out of stock. I went through with the order assuming it would give me time to discuss having no photo ID.
I have now received an email saying it will be delivered on Monday.
I do not have any photo ID and won’t be in for delivery, however my partner will be and he has photo ID, will this be accepted?

Hi @Angeleyes24 I checked with the BT Mobile team and they have confirmed that the account holder must produce their ID and another family member can't do it on their behalf.
Acceptable forms of ID are: 

  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • Registered disability card
  • Military ID card
  • Police Warrant card

Hi @Angeleyes24 If you are not available for delivery then the courier should leave a note and contact details to arrange a new delivery date.
