Mobile plan change

I changed my price plan on my mobile family sim, 2 days ago. I received an email to say the change had been accepted and wiuld start on the 16th, however its still on the old price plan and when I check the order, it just says processing but doesnt show the new price plan change just the original plan? I understand things are delayed at the moment, but I wouldn't have thought that would effect this in any way?
