Hi all!,
Just wondering if anyone could help me with something, now i know in advance the following question is going to sound rather silly but i have to admit to not being 100% up to scratch on how mobiles work, but....my father recently phoned BT as his mobile contract had expired, he then upgraded his mobile and with it has gone from BT Mobile to EE (which he was advised by BT to do), has got a better phone now and at a good price, the thing is...he was told to use the same SIM card that was in his old BT phone, no new card has been forthcoming from EE, is this correct, or has the fact he has now started a new contract with EE, should be sent a new EE sim card? Sorry if this is a silly question, and thanks in advance for any help!

Just a little more on this....was sent an email this morning to log into EEs account pages, upon doing this i discover my fathers name, address is all correct, but the price on the contract listed is quite a bit higher than what had been agreed with BT a few days ago and the phone number listed (my father wanted to keep his same number s the old phone) is totally different? Seems we may need to phone BT first to try and clarify things?
All sorted now after speaking to BT/EE.
