Re: Monthly Spend Cap - Add an option for £0

I'd argue that the £5 isn't fine, it's the lowest option available. If I had the choice of lower options, I'd choose them.

Re: Monthly Spend Cap - Add an option for £0

Hi Everyone,

I have some great news.  Some of you may have already noticed but BT has changed the threshold for setting a mobile spend cap on BT Mobile accounts.

From yesterday (Sunday 1st July) BT mobile customers can now set a spend cap of £0 or £2.50.  Prior to this change the minimum level was set at £5.  This will help avoid any unexpectedly high bills :smileyhappy:

You can read some more information on managing your mobile spend from this link,

How can I manage my BT Mobile spend?

Cheers

Sean

Oh WOW - that is """brillient""" - HUGE THANK YOU - I know its a perhaps a small thing to many - but now I can relax knowing that once I hit my limit all stops until the next billing cycle - rather than keep checking usage.

I will now definaley be staying with BT mobile  🙂
