Hello!

yesterday I purchased a new phone.

After I inserted the Sim and turned the phone on I received a message.

The message said I needed to enter the setting you would send me to setup mobile data and picture messages.

I am still awaiting the settings.

I have tried to use your setup manually but my phone isn't listed. 

The phone is a Motorola G7 Power.

Give the Bt Mobile helpdesk a Call.

They will give you instructions and, perhaps speed up the setup procedure.
