In process of switching broadband, landline and mobiles from Plusnet to BT. Delays with broadband/landline have arisen from difficulty of running fibre to house from post on road. However, have received 2 new SIMs and BT advised going ahead with mobile transfer to avoid paying both providers. Trying to follow the instructions received with SIMs but eventually get the message "Sorry you have no SIMs to activate at the moment". Can't find a telephone number for BT mobile help at present. Can anybody advise please?
