as the title suggests I’m new to BT Mobile and have PAC’d my number over, everything works other than sending an SMS (I hadn’t noticed as I mainly use iMessage)
I use an iPhone XS, before I queue to call support has anyone else has this issue?? And resolved it??

Having PAC'd your number over, it's probably a porting issue.
I'd suggest a call to BT Mobile would be best.
