Thanks. I spoke to someone from Customer care earlier who tried to help, but still no joy. I'm going to put my sim in another phone to check if the problem is with the handset (once I get a sim card adaptor). If still no joy, I'll be in touch.
Hi, still no service. I tried using my nano sim (with adaptor) in an old phone, but the sim didn't cover all the contacts, so sim not recognised. I ordered a replacement sim which hopefully will be 'combi ' & will put in my old phone first before my usual phone as a process of elimination. I appreciate you following up on this issue & I'll let you know what happens.
