Hi. Not able to receive any phone signal in the house. Cant seem to get 4g. Tried enabling wifi calling and still cannot make or receive calls. Can anyone help?
What model phone do you have, are you new to BT Mobile and where did you get the phone from?
did you check the mobile coverage in your area before getting phone/sim?
Hiya. It's a Samsung A40 which came direct from Samsung unlocked. Had BT for good while now.
Hey, yes and it was very good according to guide.

The reason why you can't get wifi calling is probably because you didn't buy the phone from BT, it's the firmware that's preventing wifi calling. You could try changing it yourself but it comes with risks.
Have you tried switching 4G off and seeing if you can get a better 3G signal?
Every time I've used a coverage checker they say I can get good 2/3 and 4G coverage indoors and out, the reality is that I get none of them.
Although absolutely valid advice as a troubleshooting exercise, bear in mind switching your 4G off could result in you losing access to the 800Mhz layer that can provide additional coverage but relies on 4G-calling.
You mentioned you bought the phone directly from Samsung, so the firmware may not be compatible.
Got no signal either. It has been all good for 2 years but not last 3 days.
