No signal on BT mobile for 3 days at home/local town but before that is was all good.
When will this get sorted out? Can't even see how to report this issue because when I go on website on Mobile section it just tries to sell you a new phone. Please help.

Thank you. Yes, just phoned the faults line and that's what she said too. Will sing up for that. My whole area is out she said. All red. Report filed today so just have to wait 3 days or so for EE to fix problem. (for everyone in this area.)
EE said should be good service within 4 hours.
